PRIVACY POLICY OF "NEW CAREER" LTD, UIC 202961423

FOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION REGARDING STAFF (POLICY)

Please read this POLICY carefully. It contains important information regarding how your personal data is processed by "NEW CAREER" Ltd.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. "NEW CAREER" Ltd is a legal entity engaged in intermediary activities for finding employment in Bulgaria and abroad. "NEW CAREER" Ltd holds Registration Certificates for intermediary activities for employment in Bulgaria:

№ 3311 / 28.03.2022, issued by the Employment Agency
Article 2.

Article 2. (1) "NEW CAREER" Ltd is headquartered at:
Sofia, 1000, 9 Petar Parchevich St., Floor 2, Apartment 2.

(2) "NEW CAREER" Ltd has designated a responsible officer for the protection of personal data, serving as the main point of contact for all Data Subjects regarding their rights under applicable data protection legislation. Note that the responsible officer is not a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as per Chapter IV, Section 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

(3) Data Subjects may address all requests and inquiries regarding the exercise of their data protection rights to the designated officer.

Article 3. "NEW CAREER" Ltd is a data controller processing personal data in connection with or during the course of its usual business activities. The processed personal data includes various categories collected for different purposes:

  1. Contract execution, legal obligations, and others. When data is processed based solely on consent, "NEW CAREER" Ltd processes such data only upon the free and explicit written consent of the Data Subject:
    • Clients, suppliers, business partners, and other individuals with whom "NEW CAREER" Ltd establishes relationships.
    • Data collected by "NEW CAREER" Ltd outside the aforementioned categories, provided that statutory grounds for such collection exist.
  2. Data processing purposes include, but are not limited to:

  4. Legitimate interests of "NEW CAREER" Ltd or third parties;
  5. Financial and accounting activities;

Article 14. "NEW CAREER" Ltd undertakes not to disclose personal data about Data Subjects except in cases where:

It is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of "NEW CAREER" Ltd to:

  1. Executive Agency "General Labour Inspectorate";
  2. Employment Agency;
  3. Other competent state authorities such as the Ministry of Interior, Prosecutor’s Office, Judiciary, etc.;
  4. It is necessary for the conclusion, modification, execution, or termination of personnel recruitment agreements.
