"NEW CAREER" OOD, UIC 202961423 is a legal entity that carries out intermediary activities for job placement in Bulgaria and abroad.

"NEW CAREER" OOD holds Certificate of Registration for carrying out intermediary employment activities in Bulgaria No: 3310/28.03.2022, issued by the Employment Agency, and Certificate of Registration for carrying out intermediary employment activities in Bulgaria No: 3311 / 28.03.2022, issued by the Employment Agency. In the performance of its activities, "NEW CAREER" OOD collects and processes personal data as a Data Controller.

Your personal data is processed by the Data Controller "NEW CAREER" OOD for the purpose of providing employment intermediary services for job placement in Bulgaria and abroad at your request and initiative.

Categories of Personal Data Collected

The personal data we collect includes:

• Names, email address, nationality, physical address, location, (mobile) telephone number;

• Data on education, professional experience, and track record;

• Remuneration expectations, current remuneration, employment status;

• Current and past employers, motivation for change.

Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b), second alternative of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, namely taking steps at your (the data subject's) request prior to entering into a contract.

In cases where an Intermediary Services Agreement is concluded, your personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b), first alternative of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, namely for the performance of a contract to which you (the data subject) are a party.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data is stored for the entire duration of the concluded Intermediary Services Agreement and for a period of up to 5 years after the completion of the selection procedure for the specific position you are applying for, or the position for which the Data Controller deems your application suitable, in the event that you have not expressed interest in a specific one. The retention period of your application may be extended solely on the basis of your freely given, specific, and informed written consent.

Disclosure to Third Parties

The Data Controller provides your data to third parties determined by the subject matter of the concluded Intermediary Services Agreement. These third parties in any case constitute solely and exclusively potential employers interested in personnel recruitment, and in this sense, your personal data is shared with these third parties only to such an extent and in such a form as to allow the performance of the concluded Intermediary Services Agreement, namely – participation in selection procedures and job placement. The Data Controller does not collect or process your data for purposes other than those related to the performance of the Intermediary Services Agreement.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

With regard to your personal data processed by the Data Controller, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data;

• Right to rectification or erasure of your personal data;

• Right to restriction of processing in the presence of the relevant regulatory conditions;

• Right to object to the processing of your personal data;

• Right to data portability;

• Right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
