Purchase Specialist

The Role

The Purchase Specialist is responsible for end-to-end sourcing of production materials, coordinating the supply process, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluating suppliers
• Negotiating commercial terms and agreements
• Issuing and tracking purchase orders
• Identifying cost-optimization opportunities and contributing to process continuous improvement
• Working extensively with SAP and Excel to generate required reporting and analytics

Requirements & Qualifications

• University degree (specialization in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics is an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
