We are currently restructuring our service segments and are looking for you—our next Top Senior Recruiter - to join our team in Sofia.

Where you will add value:

• Direct and autonomous communication with the company's clients whose projects you lead.
• End-to-end recruitment management for rare, niche, and highly specialized roles (and managerial ones too) -including sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and guiding both clients and candidates through the hiring process.
• Proactive direct search and headhunting as required.
• Full ownership of target results and project budgets.
• Regular reporting and progress updates for our clients.
• Handling project-related administrative tasks.

Expertise you bring to the table:

• Solid recruitment experience and knowledge - we’d love for you to teach us something we don’t already know.
• Achievements we haven't reached yet - though you’ll have a hard time surprising us...
• A strong understanding of and ability to navigate at least 2–3 market verticals.
• A well-established professional network of candidates, managers, and employers.
• Excellent command of English - essential for collaborating with our international clients.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Creativity, innovative thinking, and a natural drive for proactive action.
• A desire to celebrate milestones and share in both personal and company successes.
• The confidence to personally impact the HR market and guide candidates toward truly rewarding career moves.
