Due to the increasing workload in our dedicated mass recruitment unit, we are looking for you – our Recruitment Specialist, to join our team in Sofia.
Key responsibilities where you will add value:
- Direct communication with the company’s clients on their projects.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mass positions (warehouse staff, technical operators, machine operators, etc.) – posting and promoting job vacancies, candidate screening, employer presentation, and supporting both clients and candidates in organizing interviews and job offers.
- Preparing regular reports on completed work.
- Administrative tasks related to the projects.
Skills and experience you will bring to our team:
- Experience and knowledge in recruiting for mass positions.
- Good command of English – required for working with international clients.
- Very good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Availability to travel in and around Sofia and major industrial centers.
