Senior Import / Export Specialist

The role focuses on establishing and maintaining market relationships with foreign partners while optimizing import and export processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Logistics & Trade Management: Oversee and coordinate all import-export and logistics operations, including international and domestic shipments, customs procedures, transport, and documentation.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, clients, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.

• Shipment Tracking & Compliance: Track shipments to ensure timely delivery in full compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree in Industrial Management, International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in import/export, logistics, or international trade.

• Software Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent (fluent) command of both English and Turkish, both written and spoken.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of customs procedures and transport documentation.
